GBAs a customer of almost 20 years As a customer of almost 20 years, the managers have come and gone. The current managers are not very happy where they are, based on their poor attitude. (Edgewater Drive) If you call Personal Mini Storage, you have to leave a message, unless you are calling Billing. But nobody calls back. So maybe this is where the bad attitudes are hidden from the public. It seems like they are prepping the facilities for a sale soon. Is this the future of handling customers?

GBP.M.S> Finally a good outcome Personal Mini Storage has been just that Paul and Wendy have always been very friendly and helpful. And personal not just a number, someone to stop and say hey to. I find the facility clean and well run. All the times I have upsized and downsized have never seemed to be a problem. I recommend PMS to any who want to store with confidence!

GBDynamic Duo with the shenanigans 100 Lake Davenport location. They are racist, sociopaths and rude. They were moved from a different location. Sonya is a bi*ch and is very nasty one on one. The cameras don't face the entrance so its easy to get robbed. Darrel isn't too bad, but when that plain cracker of a female, opens her mouth, its all diarrhea from there. Darrell acts like he does not know what she's doing. She is negative Nancy. I really never said this about anyone but she should catch COVID just to quarantine for a while and think about life at her age. To be honest, its both of them because they are a unit so he knows the foolishness she does and he accepts it. Not good for business. I am at lost for words to describe these people. If you called and spoke to either of them over the phone, you will swear that this review was in error, but trust me on GOD, they are NOT as sweet and kind as they TRY to portray.

GB9 Years Later-Could Buy Cheaper Space-But Give Up This Service, NEVER! We have rented space from this company for the past nine (9) years for motorhomes and rv trailers. We are 100% satisfied for the service, cleanliness, bug-free , rodent-free premises. Over the years we have gotten to know our fellow renters and have become friends with them. We meet at various campgrounds and have so much fun. You see, we all know the value of keeping our RV's in this great place.

GBReally got the great spot and had great customer service from Brad and Lisa. They treat you like family. Not only professional but also had a sense of humor. Customers like to know they are getting more for their money than just a storage spot, they like to get great customer service.
