GBProvide a quote, then double it! That makes good business sense! Why would a company provide a really low quote, only to then come back and double it? I'll tell you why: To get your commitment, and once they have your name on the dotted line, they can charge you whatever they want. Once you are under contract, they can jack up the price, and if you complain or refuse to let them get away with it, they threaten you and charge you or cancellation fee of $200. That is no way to treat customers, and certainly no way to keep them. What a joke! I'll never use these guys again, and you shouldn't either. Steer clear of these crooks!

GBGreat and responsive!! Felicia was great and responsive with finding a driver for us immediately within the same day when another company failed to deliver after waiting for 4 days. I got my car literally the night after. It was traveling from NY to Tampa, FL and was in great condition! Felicia answered immediately and took care of everything making sure the car was picked up and dropped off safely. Thank you again! Highly recommended!!

GBCan't recommend them Don’t be under the illusion that this is a full service shipping company. They are simply a broker working out of a residential area in Texas. They make quotes, find random drivers around the US, take your deposit and get you to sign a contract. Our pickup was scheduled for Wednesday and we didn’t hear anything from the driver that day. After numerous calls and emails, they claimed the driver wasn’t responding to their messages. It took 4 more days to find a new driver. Once it was sorted out, the actual shipping process with the driver was good, and the car showed up in good condition. Better customer service and communication would have made the experience better.
