HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DID NOT FULFILL QUOTED PRICE. WENT 24+ HOURS NOT RESPONDING TO TEXT OR PHONE CALLS. I WAS TOLD THE PERSON TEXTING ME WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR ONE DAY. SAD STATE THAT ONLY ONE PERSON COULD RESPOND. FIRST DRIVER BACKED OUT. 2ND DRIVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE TRUCK (SO I WAS TOLD). THE 3RD, YES 3RD DRIVER TOLD ME HE WAS BUSY DOING SOMETHING ELSE AND HUNG UP ON ME. FINALLY GOT MY VEHICLE A DAY AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE BECAUSE THE 3RD DRIVER ALSO HAD AN ISSUE WITH HIS VEHICLE AFTER PICKING UP MY VEHICLE FROM THE DEALERSHIP. IWHEN I SAY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I AM NOT EXAGGERATING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM ONE DISGUSTED AND UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Car transport Felicia was awesome, even though I had cancelled my order with her she was diligent and never gave up until she found someone to transport my car from Illinois to Florida. She is awesome and patient because I'm sure I was a pain. Not intentionally but never did anything like this and was very stressed out since time was running out. But Felicia was there and successfully Trans p irked my car on time. Tom the driver was just as wesome. I will definitely use this company again if needed. Thank you felicia!!!

Bad experience all around This was a bad experience all around. First they tell you a price that falls in line with everyone else's quote they have you sign a contract. Then they tell you they found a driver but wants more money nothing short of extortion make you sign a different contract with added fees. I reluctantly agreed. Then they picked up the vehicle didn't tell me it was picked up. I wouldn't have known without talking with the seller. Tried to call tried to text to get an estimate on when they would drop off nothing no response. I was 25 miles away when they finally called saying vehicle was 4 miles away. So had to leave what I was doing to go meet, would've been there had I known an estimated time they would get there.

Great Customer Service Great customer service. Lucas was fantastic and extremely responsive! He was quick in finding us a driver for our requested date and time. Our RV was delivered quickly and with care.

Responsive & Service Oriented Not only was the scheduling team extremely responsive, but the carrier was also prompt, helpful, and patient at every stage. The delivery of our vehicle was less than 24 hours from pick-up. In fact, the pick-up was within 2 hours of signing the contract! The pricing was fair and the team was flexible. If I could only take off 1/2 of a ⭐️ instead of a whole ⭐️ I would. The only thing I’d offer advice for would-be users is set the time off without distractions to focus on logistics needs. The team is responsive and persistent when trying to wrap up the deal and will answer every question you have and meet your concerns at every moment. The challenge for the buyer is balancing the urgency for booking with your own schedule and demands. I struggled with back to back calls to clarify information and slow the agent down while also working and it became irritating at one point. Clearly, we got beyond that issue! Save yourself a headache and take the time you need to focus on logistics.
