HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DID NOT FULFILL QUOTED PRICE. WENT 24+ HOURS NOT RESPONDING TO TEXT OR PHONE CALLS. I WAS TOLD THE PERSON TEXTING ME WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR ONE DAY. SAD STATE THAT ONLY ONE PERSON COULD RESPOND. FIRST DRIVER BACKED OUT. 2ND DRIVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE TRUCK (SO I WAS TOLD). THE 3RD, YES 3RD DRIVER TOLD ME HE WAS BUSY DOING SOMETHING ELSE AND HUNG UP ON ME. FINALLY GOT MY VEHICLE A DAY AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE BECAUSE THE 3RD DRIVER ALSO HAD AN ISSUE WITH HIS VEHICLE AFTER PICKING UP MY VEHICLE FROM THE DEALERSHIP. IWHEN I SAY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I AM NOT EXAGGERATING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM ONE DISGUSTED AND UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Great and responsive!! Felicia was great and responsive with finding a driver for us immediately within the same day when another company failed to deliver after waiting for 4 days. I got my car literally the night after. It was traveling from NY to Tampa, FL and was in great condition! Felicia answered immediately and took care of everything making sure the car was picked up and dropped off safely. Thank you again! Highly recommended!!

They quoted $750 firm to move my… They quoted $750 firm to move my motorcycle from California to Pennsylvania. As the pickup date approached Mila contacted me to say the final price is $1,500. I argued that the quote is $750 and should be honored. Her response was that it was only a quote. They apparently have no idea that there is a difference between an estimate and a quote. I had already dismissed the other shippers and was forced to use American international logistics. Horrible business behavior!

Gotta use this shipper...5 stars. A logistical nightmare shipping my 1970 VW bus to Layton, UT. AIL and the dispatcher were invaluable in getting it there. I have a terrible hearing loss and Max was professional and patient with me. Best price by far. The driver was perfect and tipped accordingly...made him smile. Can't recommend them Don’t be under the illusion that this is a full service shipping company. They are simply a broker working out of a residential area in Texas. They make quotes, find random drivers around the US, take your deposit and get you to sign a contract. Our pickup was scheduled for Wednesday and we didn’t hear anything from the driver that day. After numerous calls and emails, they claimed the driver wasn’t responding to their messages. It took 4 more days to find a new driver. Once it was sorted out, the actual shipping process with the driver was good, and the car showed up in good condition. Better customer service and communication would have made the experience better.
