Good service, dishonest pricing The good: for a broker, they are responsive, good communication, a driver was assigned two days out, picked up on time, delivered quickly and without incident. The bad: my final price was 65% higher than the quote and the contract. The lowball quote that’s presented as contract price is a dishonest sales tactic. By the time we found out (several days out from the pickup date) it was too late to change horses and we had little choice but to agree to a higher price. And the extra cost from the driver for “loading the car more than 100lbs” at the time of the pickup when we had no choice is not great either. I would not use them again.

Great and responsive!! Felicia was great and responsive with finding a driver for us immediately within the same day when another company failed to deliver after waiting for 4 days. I got my car literally the night after. It was traveling from NY to Tampa, FL and was in great condition! Felicia answered immediately and took care of everything making sure the car was picked up and dropped off safely. Thank you again! Highly recommended!!

Gotta use this shipper...5 stars. A logistical nightmare shipping my 1970 VW bus to Layton, UT. AIL and the dispatcher were invaluable in getting it there. I have a terrible hearing loss and Max was professional and patient with me. Best price by far. The driver was perfect and tipped accordingly...made him smile. Responsive & Service Oriented Not only was the scheduling team extremely responsive, but the carrier was also prompt, helpful, and patient at every stage. The delivery of our vehicle was less than 24 hours from pick-up. In fact, the pick-up was within 2 hours of signing the contract! The pricing was fair and the team was flexible. If I could only take off 1/2 of a ⭐️ instead of a whole ⭐️ I would. The only thing I’d offer advice for would-be users is set the time off without distractions to focus on logistics needs. The team is responsive and persistent when trying to wrap up the deal and will answer every question you have and meet your concerns at every moment. The challenge for the buyer is balancing the urgency for booking with your own schedule and demands. I struggled with back to back calls to clarify information and slow the agent down while also working and it became irritating at one point. Clearly, we got beyond that issue! Save yourself a headache and take the time you need to focus on logistics.
