Easy Peasy The checkin process was done in a way that makes sense, allowing you to get your stuff into your space without too much extra hassle, and the security processes made me feel comfortable leaving my things there. Many of the other storers(?) I ran into moving in had been there for multiple years, which also made me feel better.

Got stuff? Need space? Put 'er hear They did a nice job, were very helpful and the location was convenient with plenty of space to work unloading. The price of the monthly storage for a 5x5x8 was the same as the price of my first 2 bedroom garden apartment in Bayside Queen back in the early 70's, $164. Kind of shows you how the value of our money has shrunk over the past 40 years.

Mild incompetence. It often seems like there is no real system in place for dealing with anything but the most typical scenarios. Any time anyone has to change a unit size, get second unit, alter a billing method, the first point of contact never completely understands what needs to be done and or how to do it. and always acts like it is the customers fault and/or managements.
