GBInsurance is a racket I am now a 2x customer of Keeper's Storage. The second time I rented a unit, I was told (after checking in, then bringing stuff back to store) that insurance was mandatory, an additional $9/month . The person opening my account claimed it was because of Hurricane Sandy, but that was clearly a lie, as I rented storage in the spring of 2013. You have one task, Keeper's Storage: store my stuff and keep it secure. Why should I buy insurance on top of paying for that service? This is a charge for something I don't want or need, and if I had another choice, I would take it.

GBYou forgot to give me back my ID while … You forgot to give me back my ID while I was already in JFK when I noticed it... Needed to back to Jersey City at my own charges. No apologize, no voucher to cover the cost. Inacceptable! Asking an ID for a cart means that when th cart is returned, you MUST give back the ID. Unprofessional! What's the point to ask an ID for a cart. People steal your carts???? I won't never recommend you, more the opposite.
