I'm very satisfied with Keepers Self Storage I've been a customer for 2 years now and when I recently discovered "moisture" in my unit, I was moved immediately to a fresh new space. Everyone was extremely helpful with the paperwork process and with moving to the new unit. It was very appreciated!

Insurance is a racket I am now a 2x customer of Keeper's Storage. The second time I rented a unit, I was told (after checking in, then bringing stuff back to store) that insurance was mandatory, an additional $9/month . The person opening my account claimed it was because of Hurricane Sandy, but that was clearly a lie, as I rented storage in the spring of 2013. You have one task, Keeper's Storage: store my stuff and keep it secure. Why should I buy insurance on top of paying for that service? This is a charge for something I don't want or need, and if I had another choice, I would take it.

Fantastic Customer Sevice The front desk representative and storage maintenance staff are the best. Front desk was always courtesy and helpful. The staff was respectful and always available to assist. Just a fantastic staff and very well kept storage.
