GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Tabitha @ the 30 North West St Mt Vernon, NY was very pleasant. I had a great experience. She took the time to carefully explain all my rights and privileges of having the unit. She answered any questions I may have had and made sure I understood the process. Also, it was a quick process to show the unit - lot of ease no bunch of staircases. So grateful for that! No too far in from the street. Easily accessible from all angles. I would recommend this storage place - off course the price was right after shopping around for approx. 4 hrs. They were able to accommodate me.

It's As Easy as It Sounds I had one day to find both a mover and a storage facility. I found Find Storage Fast and input my requirements for an ideal storage facility. In less than five minutes I found a facility for considerably less than I had been paying, better hours, and easy to get to. It wS amazinfly helpful.

Elevator was broken I THOUGHT THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS VERY NICE UNTIL MY HUSBAND ARRIVED TO MOVE IN OUR THINGS FROM A 3 BDRM CONDO TO A 2ND FLOOR STORAGE UNIT..... TO FIND THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN AND IT HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR WEEKS AND THE YOUNG LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER FAILED TO NOTIFY US OF THIS WHEN WE RENTED THE UNIT IN FACT WHEN WE WENT TO GO LOOK AT THE UNIT WE TOOK THE STAIRS BECAUSE SHE STATED THAT IT WAS JUST 'EASIER'.... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE MOVING MY THINGS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.... VERY DISAPPOINTED

Two thumbs up Customer service was excellent. Javi is a great asset to the company. He,was very informative and took his time explaining everything and made sure we understood. I will recommend cube storage to anyone neeeding to put their belongings in storage. Thumbs up
