GBfast, polite, efficient, I've rented storage units before and mostly it's a simple straight forward goal...but often turns into an unpleasant event. This time was different...I didn't have to prove why I needed storage, have to pay a bunch of fees, buy special locks, insurance. Just fill out a short form, pay my money and start unloading.I'm not pressured to remedy my over abundance of belongings, as it's very reasonable.

GBTerrible information I found good quotes online so I called the number to their mainland office and wow, they do not know what they are talking about... I asked several times if the unit was on the ground or stacked and they kept assuring me it was on the ground. When they transferred me to the actual storage facility to schedule a driver, the facility told me the unit was stacked and that I couldn't reserve a driver until signing up for the unit in person. Bad information!!!

GBElevator was broken I THOUGHT THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS VERY NICE UNTIL MY HUSBAND ARRIVED TO MOVE IN OUR THINGS FROM A 3 BDRM CONDO TO A 2ND FLOOR STORAGE UNIT..... TO FIND THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN AND IT HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR WEEKS AND THE YOUNG LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER FAILED TO NOTIFY US OF THIS WHEN WE RENTED THE UNIT IN FACT WHEN WE WENT TO GO LOOK AT THE UNIT WE TOOK THE STAIRS BECAUSE SHE STATED THAT IT WAS JUST 'EASIER'.... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE MOVING MY THINGS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.... VERY DISAPPOINTED

GBMaria, the manager was OUTSTANDING!!!! I have dealt with fortune 500 companies that did not treat me as well as I was treated today by MARIA, the manager… I hope to have a very long business relationship with this company and specifically, this location!! I gave five stars only because there was not a 10 star option!

GBThe owners bent over backwards to work… The owners bent over backwards to work with us. First, I hadn't realized the office hours and arrived with our 20' Uhaul to find the office closed. I called and they came back and opened up so that we were able to get our unit. (And they had to drive 20 min. to get there.) Second, when we discovered our original size unit wasn't large enough they were able to accommodate us. Third, after we discovered the swing door used too much space they were able to let us change units AND had to make another trip back. Very personable and easy to deal with.
