She took the time to carefully explain all my rights and privileges of having the unit. She answered any questions I may have had and made sure I understood the process. Also, it was a quick process to show the unit - lot of ease no bunch of staircases. So grateful for that! No too far in from the street. Easily accessible from all angles. I would recommend this storage place - off course the price was right after shopping around for approx. 4 hrs. They were able to accommodate me.
