Bought two rugby phones. One was mint condition, the other had a scratch, and when I pointed it out to them, they responded quickly and gave me options - keep at discount, return for refund or exchange. I took the discount, which made the already good deal even better. Phones work perfectly, and the scratch would likely have happened sooner or later anyway. Even though the experience wasn't 100%, I refuse to reduce the rating, because of the excellent customer service. Hiccups happen.

Item was not new-in-box, received with cable missing Got my hotspot in a generic white box. Perhaps the only element of the original packaging was the plastic sheet on the hotspot screen. The additional cable for charging an external phone, listed in the manual as an included item, is absent. Order had to be placed twice because vendor would not accept any of my credit cards directly - seems paypal is really the only option. Checkout took 45 minutes by the time I added another card to paypal. Free shipping was worth what I paid for it - over a week elapsed between CT and DE.

Secondly did you know they have an entire blog section? I spent waaaay too much time reading through their blogs, I learnt a lot about kosher phones and what they're all about, and back to my actual shopping experience, it was simply great and for whatever questions I had customer service is literally just a phone call away. Very nice and helpful person I spoke to. And just to wrap it up they had fast shipping (takes less than a week) and it was free! Brilliant gem of a store, highly recommend!
