I stumbled upon Mr. A and while I was teetering on the fence about purchasing the Galaxy s3, I saw their trusted guarantee and felt comfortable and relieved by it. Long story short, the phone I got ended up not working out for me, however Mr. A was nothing short of courteous, responsive, and willing to help, until my final decision was to just return the phone. They gave me my full refund without giving me a hard time or anything of that nature. I highly recommend them!

Don't look anywhere else Buying a mobile hotspot is just a minefield, with some stores providing no information at all, but Mr Aberthon is just so different. All the information about the products is here, and there's a bit of humor thrown in as well! I chose my product and it arrived really quickly. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'll be back to them when I'm renewing my smartphone!

Item was not new-in-box, received with cable missing Got my hotspot in a generic white box. Perhaps the only element of the original packaging was the plastic sheet on the hotspot screen. The additional cable for charging an external phone, listed in the manual as an included item, is absent. Order had to be placed twice because vendor would not accept any of my credit cards directly - seems paypal is really the only option. Checkout took 45 minutes by the time I added another card to paypal. Free shipping was worth what I paid for it - over a week elapsed between CT and DE.
