GBGreat Customer Service!! Great Customer Service!!! This was my first order with Mr Aberthon and I was impressed that my order arrived a couple days sooner then expected. I ended up having an issue with the unit I received and had to send it back, but the return was quick and painless. They issued a prepaid return label no hassle, I returned the unit and about a week after sending it back received the replacement!! Works Great!! Definitely a Five Star experience with Mr Aberthon!!

GBI am extremely pleased with my… I am extremely pleased with my experience on Mr Aberthon. I was in the market for a new phone and couldn't choose between 2 devices on their site. I called their hotline and the person helped me narrow down my choice. I am so happy with my brand new Kyocera DuraForce Pro. I will only be using this company in the future. GBVery happy My old Samsung Rugby phone broke & I wanted a similar replacement .My carrier does not have them anymore & I was not impressed with their $250 alternative which would also mean another 2 year contract .After some online research I went with Mr Aberthon & purchased a new Samsung Rugby B780A which arrived 3 days later for under $90 including shipping . As the Sim cards were smaller I got a replacement free of charge from my carrier & I`m thrilled with my rugged phone .
