Item was not new-in-box, received with cable missing Got my hotspot in a generic white box. Perhaps the only element of the original packaging was the plastic sheet on the hotspot screen. The additional cable for charging an external phone, listed in the manual as an included item, is absent. Order had to be placed twice because vendor would not accept any of my credit cards directly - seems paypal is really the only option. Checkout took 45 minutes by the time I added another card to paypal. Free shipping was worth what I paid for it - over a week elapsed between CT and DE.

Mobile Hot Spot Had been quoted close to $40 higher by a local for same ATT Hot Spot. Ordered up from Mr Aberthon,(I did research them before ordering) it came, they answered one additional question I sent via email, all good, up and running. I so wish they had additional items. I would purchase from them again.
