AUService offering has decayed to having minimal value I have been a long term customer of shipito who is very disappointed with the recent service. - I've been charged 4 sets of storage extension fees (which has never happened to me before (i'm sure i used to pay just an annual storage fee for my mailbox ?!) - Packages seem to take days to update on your system forcing me to pay. these storage fees. - The US Postal service ever seems to be an available option even though their site says it delivers to Australia - I use to get lots of coupon offers but i haven't received one in years - The shipito mail charges have significantly increased in costs disproportionately to actual freight rates from shippers It's getting to the point were this service is not cost effective anymore.

AUThe system is for the most part great! The system is for the most part great, unfortunately they can flag items incorrectly and is stressful to try and get it corrected. The instant chat support is the way to go to resolve issues, they were very clear and helpful!

CASimple, Fast and Shipito I appreciate how Shipito provided photos and updates when my items arrived in the warehouse. I also appreciate the ease of choosing how and when I wanted my items to be shipped to me.

JPGreat service Shipping was very quick, my package was well taken care of and arrived in good condition! The only downside is the price being a bit pricey, but given the service they’re offering, I do think it’s a reasonable price.
