I informed them about this fact and that I paid for the extra bubble wrap and didn't get it, and they sent me an automated reply asking for a ridiculous amount of information, including "A letter from a certified technician on their company letterhead, stamped, dated by the company verifying that the product is non-functional, non-repairable. If repairable, the technician must provide an estimate of labor and itemized list and cost of parts". Nothing more was said, no apologies for the missing bubble wrap (that would have prevented the package from being broken!), no refund for the extra I paid for and didn't get/
