Service offering has decayed to having minimal value I have been a long term customer of shipito who is very disappointed with the recent service. - I've been charged 4 sets of storage extension fees (which has never happened to me before (i'm sure i used to pay just an annual storage fee for my mailbox ?!) - Packages seem to take days to update on your system forcing me to pay. these storage fees. - The US Postal service ever seems to be an available option even though their site says it delivers to Australia - I use to get lots of coupon offers but i haven't received one in years - The shipito mail charges have significantly increased in costs disproportionately to actual freight rates from shippers It's getting to the point were this service is not cost effective anymore.

My first usage of shipito - received a note that in some of the goods would be problematic to ship using the selected carrier, was given instant support; had another issue, this time with my pp account and again was given prompt support! Overall, simply great and very responsive CS - I will definitely use your services again in the future!
