I can't say enough about Peter who… I can't say enough about Peter who works at at the Lake Worth, FL location 5359 S State Rd 7. On multiple occasions he has helped me. When I moved from one unit to another he made the move painless. He was kind enough to get an extension of my monthly rate when I was due for an increase. He is always kind and considerate.

Beware of the periodic rental raises!!!! There should be a cap on their rental agreement. When I downsized to a smaller unit it didn’t take long before we were notified about the rent increase. We have the smallest storage unit available 5x5 for $127.00 a month. Now, we just got another notice that our price would be $165 per month. That’s more than the 5x10 we use to have. On the site it says a 5x5 is $42 a month!! I feel ripped off. Periodic rental raises are understandable, but not when they jump up $38 extra a month for the smallest unit! As soon as I said we are moving out, they were quick to offer a lower price. We were good customers on auto pay.. they took advantage and expect us to pay 4x’s what others pay. This needs to stop. There should be a cap. Next stop is to report to the BBB. .

Rachel was amazing. I arrived at the property at 7435 W.Sahara Ave. Rachel was there to assist me. She was so friendly and helpful with guiding me through the process. I am definitely glad I made the decision to come here. Rachel went above and beyond. Thanks Rachel.

Great service I’m a previous tenant and everything was great then so I stopped by to get some boxes, I have to say I received the best service ever, Sam (Samantha) was so kind and professional that I had to leave them my pocket of candy, living in Petaluma it’s the only place I'd go, I think it deserves 10 stars.
