I will never recommend public storage… I will never recommend public storage to anyone. Not even my worst enemy should experience this horrible customer service

Fast & Excellent Service Fast, Easy, In and Out. Clean - easy to use ! This is at 1916 North Elston Ave. Very convenient location. The office Mgr MARI has managed my account perfectly for me. I go in a few days earlier to pay each month. She is fantastic.....

Beware of the periodic rental raises!!!! There should be a cap on their rental agreement. When I downsized to a smaller unit it didn’t take long before we were notified about the rent increase. We have the smallest storage unit available 5x5 for $127.00 a month. Now, we just got another notice that our price would be $165 per month. That’s more than the 5x10 we use to have. On the site it says a 5x5 is $42 a month!! I feel ripped off. Periodic rental raises are understandable, but not when they jump up $38 extra a month for the smallest unit! As soon as I said we are moving out, they were quick to offer a lower price. We were good customers on auto pay.. they took advantage and expect us to pay 4x’s what others pay. This needs to stop. There should be a cap. Next stop is to report to the BBB. .
