Good moving company but one of guy was slow. The company was responsive to our questions. however, some of workers were not as careful as last time which cause 2 pieces to be damage. Also one of them needed to be push to work since he was mostly standing wayching the others work. We were surprise since we added a 4th worker to make the move shorter which did not happen.

No horror story There are so many horror stories out there about moving companies that I went in to my cross country move with huge doubts. Everyone I spoke to at colonial was helpful and attentive. My movers were from Best Movers and were great. I got exactly what I paid for with no damage to any of my items. Pick up and delivery was orderly and efficient. Highly recommend Very professional, no hidden costs.This has been a completely different experience that phase I of a long-distance move where we used a broker (big mistake). You can’t go wrong with Colonial. They did what they said with no tricks, furniture arrived well within the window of delivery and they were extremely communicative the whole time. The driver and movers were great and all furniture including a very delicate grandfather clock, arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!
