Each agent was very knowledgeable and prompt in responding to my query. Also, I enjoyed speaking with a live person rather than a chat box. Receiving a print out of the ship to labels was very helpful and the instructions were very clear. The bags were delivered to the destination ahead of schedule. On return trip one of the pieces was received very quickly and I when I called and left a message to mention that the second bag had yet to be received I received a prompt and detailed email reply explaining that the second bag was still with Customs and would be shipped shortly upon release. The customer service agent subsequently followed up with me when the bag cleared customs the following day and it was received without mishap. I highly recommend Luggage Forward and will use them when traveling.

Luggage Forward is easy to contact Luggage Forward is easy to contact, polite and informative. Great communication as to pick up/delivery. Dependable. However, multiple restrictions on what can be in the suitcase reflect a less than perfect score. The same items can not be in a carry on suitcase so what is a person supposed to do? Purchasing at arrival is not always an option.
