have used service several times in… have used service several times in many countries. works every time. never worry about getting your bag like u do on airlines. especially important for a cruise. i have heard too many horror stories of airline checked luggage not arriving in time for the departure.

To begin with you accommodated our need for an earlier pickup to facilitate seeing our newest grandson. The on board assistance was quick and easy - adding a bag was a snap. Finally the bags were delivered home ahead of the estimated delivery. Fast and Easy.

Luggage Forward is easy to contact Luggage Forward is easy to contact, polite and informative. Great communication as to pick up/delivery. Dependable. However, multiple restrictions on what can be in the suitcase reflect a less than perfect score. The same items can not be in a carry on suitcase so what is a person supposed to do? Purchasing at arrival is not always an option.
