Julio and Juan were most helpful Julio and Juan were most helpful, going out of their way, offering to help me carry boxes to my car. They easily followed directions as to where to place things upon arriving as the destination, shifting existing furniture to accommodate my needs. This is my overall impression; I just would have wished they had covered my mattress to protect it (It arrived in perfect shape, though, as did everything else.)

Jerome and Michael were absolutely amazing Jerome and Michael were absolutely fabulous. They 100% know what they were doing. Everything was moved in super quick. Also the entire time they were communicating with me and giving me updates about their arrival time. They also had the best attitudes!

Jerome and Michael were my movers and were so awesome - friendly, kept me updated every step of the way, made sure I knew how to put the hardware back in for my couches, and even took videos of them taking the couch apart so I could watch it when putting it back together. LUGG is a great service LUGG is a great service ! I've use them about six times and had great experiences. Courteous movers, never a long wait for the job to be accepted. They have picked up purchases from estate sales for me and furniture stores without me being there, and it's never been a problem.

Communicated the whole way when picking up my Facebook marketplace order, sent photos of the dresser and mirror all packed up and strapped in, and were just extra helpful and friendly (including to our dog) when they got here — made my day! Will try to hire these two again :-).
