Communicated the whole way when picking up my Facebook marketplace order, sent photos of the dresser and mirror all packed up and strapped in, and were just extra helpful and friendly (including to our dog) when they got here — made my day! Will try to hire these two again :-).

This is only my second time using Lugg and they were great at communicating the process to me! Would definitely use them again!

Julio and Juan were most helpful Julio and Juan were most helpful, going out of their way, offering to help me carry boxes to my car. They easily followed directions as to where to place things upon arriving as the destination, shifting existing furniture to accommodate my needs. This is my overall impression; I just would have wished they had covered my mattress to protect it (It arrived in perfect shape, though, as did everything else.)

Pathetic customer service! Pathetic customer service! Requested a size change within minutes of ordering and didn’t hear back for 3 days at which time I was told it was too late to change (obviously) it. I was advised that instead I could return the item for a new size as soon as it arrived. Weeks later after at least 5 emails back and forth I received the required return labels. I wanted confirmation they would honour my purchase price and 11/2 weeks later at least 3 emails I received the reply they would not honour my purchase price. NOT IMPRESSED have been a loyal gold star customer for years but I will not order from them in the future.

He arrived late as he could not find… He arrived late as he could not find the address which is clearly marked. He brought only a very sml dolly although my instructions listed 150 lbs chair and 1/2 twin sleeper. I had to go up 3 floors to get a larger dolly. Lugger was unprepaired and had a hard time moving what my 65 year old husband had moved.
