LUGG is a great service LUGG is a great service ! I've use them about six times and had great experiences. Courteous movers, never a long wait for the job to be accepted. They have picked up purchases from estate sales for me and furniture stores without me being there, and it's never been a problem.

Julio and Juan were most helpful Julio and Juan were most helpful, going out of their way, offering to help me carry boxes to my car. They easily followed directions as to where to place things upon arriving as the destination, shifting existing furniture to accommodate my needs. This is my overall impression; I just would have wished they had covered my mattress to protect it (It arrived in perfect shape, though, as did everything else.)
