Absolutely Fantastic! Highly Recommended! From the first phone call to everything being delivered, Matthew James were fantastic! Their communication was great, they did everything they said they would when they said they would. My move was from the UK to Madrid using their packing service and the shared load service. The guys packing the load in the UK and unloading in Madrid were brilliant - I had several very fragile items - everything arrived in absolutely perfect condition. I was kept up to date and told in advance of every step of the process, the service, customs requirements etc. - everyone at Matthew James made the process so easy and straightforward. An Excellent Choice As we had sold our house in South West France, we needed a company which we could rely on to move our belongings back to England and we found them - an absolutely professional friendly team at Matthew James Removals and Storage. What a superb performance. An on time collection, quick and efficient packing service with quality materials. All of which were delivered flawlessly at the date and time agreed. We were updated during their incoming and outward journeys. To say I was impressed is just not enough - simply superb.

Not quite 5 Star A very impressive first visit survey and a good start with day 1 packing However moving day we did have a few issues - kettle packed away too soon, had to remind to lay floor coverings due to wet weather and chased - by email and phone call unnecessarily for additional fee re waiting charge. Staff were polite and hard working though we did get the impression that they may have been under a bit of time pressure but overall we do not appear to have suffered any damage Well done but a bit of room for improvement
