Adjustments to our needs were dealt with swiftly and when they turn up in their gorgeously airbrushed vans you know you're in good hands. While having the final delivery their driver told me how well the owner looks after his employees, making them feel part of a family. First class service and everything you want from a removals company, or indeed any company.

GBNot quite 5 Star A very impressive first visit survey and a good start with day 1 packing However moving day we did have a few issues - kettle packed away too soon, had to remind to lay floor coverings due to wet weather and chased - by email and phone call unnecessarily for additional fee re waiting charge. Staff were polite and hard working though we did get the impression that they may have been under a bit of time pressure but overall we do not appear to have suffered any damage Well done but a bit of room for improvement
