GBDO NOT BUY. FAKE REVIEWS AND BAD SERVICE They have the worst customer service. They are not professional and do not even send up follow up invoices and just charge my credit card! Their online website does not even have ways you can manage your account or see any charges. I had contacted their customer service multiple times and never received a follow up response email so I had to call and wait. I had tried their vitamin products and it only made my hair fall out terribly in clumps. Then the customer service agent says that is how I know the product is working. Okay. Thank you for the complete reverse effect of why I purchased your product. Charging my card without even sending any invoice or notice. SCAMMERS!!!

Horrible experience w the company not… Horrible experience w the company not delivering there product but taking money out of my account each month! Rip off Artist!! GBHorrible customer service(( Do not deal with them! I subscribed to KERATINIQUE about 6 months ago. I received the product and haven't seen a big difference for my hair so I unsubscribed by calling to their customer service. But though I canceled my subscription they continue to sent me their products and charged my card!!! Last customer support I was trying to explain the situation just hang up! Never connect with this company! Have to change my card.... Horrible experience!

GBCustomer's don't matter The product is good, BUT I will NEVER order directly from the company again. I usually get it from a cosmetic store but they were out so I figured I would just order from the company - thinking the shipping times would be relatively the same. How wrong I was. The shipping took 10 days and when I did get it, the order had all kinds a stuff in the box except the regrowth spray. I called and they apologized and said they would send it out. I also went to the cosmetic stores website and it said shipping in 3 days. I have since received my product from the cosmetic store, and 20 days later, the shipment from keranique is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Bad business all the way around.

GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible product. I tried using it and it made my hair so dry and frizzy that I called to stop product deliveries. I told them it wasn't working and they attempted to sell me more product. They continued to hold me with letters and bills. I called to rectify and pay balance. They kept adding more on. Then wouldn't allow me to return product. I didn't have patches, but hair just randomly falling out at roots. I was very angry with them when I called again and said do not send me more product in anyway, and again she tried to sell me more. What a scam company.
