GBThey have charged my account twice… They have charged my account twice since I ordered their hair product. I had emailed them and told them I was no longer interested in their hair product. I want to return the product unopened. Meanwhile they sent another order and charged my credit card. I called customer service and explained I want to return to sender both orders and neither packaged opened. Well, can't return in this manner. Customer service was rather contrary and rude in tone and behavior I do not recommend this company. I wish I had looked into their online history reviews before ordering. If I had I would never had ordered it. Finished with this company. I hope my trial subscription was cancelled as promised.

GBUnless you want surprise charges to your card, DONT I contacted keranique because a month after i received my cancellation email confirmation, I was charged an additional fee of $60. First of all, the contact number provided is not a working number, second of all, the chat box on their home page's customer service representative informed me that I had a balance on a risk free trial that I had ordered. The offer said it was risk free, yet even after i cancelled I was charged!! SCAM if you ask me!!

GBSCAMMMMM!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMMM!!!! never again. They will trick you to sign up and when you cancel before the 30 days. Charges will continue to come. Like that stupid Daily Essentials vitamin, I canceled it 3 days before the deadline and they said you only canceled the automatic shipment. So, we have the right to cont. charging you $59.95 every month even though there's no products in the mail. YOU CAN KEEP THE $200 you scammed me and hope your company burns down into ashes. I so believe in KARMA! I refuse supporting companies that provides false advertisements to consumers like myself. To top it off i payed $17 to mail the products back and they also deducted $10 for the shipping.

GBThey are not trustworthy They are not trustworthy, after I placed an order, my phone number and email number became the target of fraud. I made a single request and didn’t ask to record my data and they didn’t record it as a continuity of my account ... very bad, zero professionalism and dubious conduct.

GBRip off Artist! No product but paid multiple times! Horrible experience w the company not… Horrible experience w the company not delivering there product but taking money out of my account each month! Rip off Artist!! Hope I get my MONEY REFUNDED IN FULL!! Yeah! Here’s hoping after multiple phone calls asking for refunds!!
