GBDon't buy from Keranique :( I ordered the "KereViatin" from Keranique for $10. I just wanted to try the vitamins. As soon as I hit ENTER to order the vitamins, I received an email stating that I has signed up for a 90 day subscription of vitamins. I tried to cancel and the customer service person said that I still had to pay $105 for the vitamins. What happened to the full money back guarantee? I'm writing this to warn others DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. This is deceptive advertising. I plan on contacting the State Attorney's office as well as the Better Business Bureau.

GBHorrible customer service(( Do not deal with them! I subscribed to KERATINIQUE about 6 months ago. I received the product and haven't seen a big difference for my hair so I unsubscribed by calling to their customer service. But though I canceled my subscription they continue to sent me their products and charged my card!!! Last customer support I was trying to explain the situation just hang up! Never connect with this company! Have to change my card.... Horrible experience!

GBDissatisfied Honestly, I’d give it a negative if I could. I have been using this for a year, exactly as recommended and this product did absolutely NOTHING for my hair and was grossly overpriced!!!! I am sorry I ever let myself be gullible enough to waste my money!!!

I made a single request and didn’t ask to record my data and they didn’t record it as a continuity of my account ... very bad, zero professionalism and dubious conduct.

GBHorrible customer service This company enrolls you in auto ship without notice. I tried to contact them via email, online chat, phone call voice message with no response. They say you can return product if not satisfied but any refund is after shipping and processing).Terrible customer service. I think it is basically a scam
