GBI recommend Keranique! Now having tried multiple Keranique products, I am impressed. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling soft and I did notice the amount of hair that usually falls out in the shower did decrease. My favorite product has been the Keranique Thickening & Texturizing Mousse. I have very thick, curly hair and this product did the trick! It helped my curls last all day while also minimizing the frizz.

GBRip off Artist! No product but paid multiple times! Horrible experience w the company not… Horrible experience w the company not delivering there product but taking money out of my account each month! Rip off Artist!! Hope I get my MONEY REFUNDED IN FULL!! Yeah! Here’s hoping after multiple phone calls asking for refunds!!

GBUnless you want surprise charges to your card, DONT I contacted keranique because a month after i received my cancellation email confirmation, I was charged an additional fee of $60. First of all, the contact number provided is not a working number, second of all, the chat box on their home page's customer service representative informed me that I had a balance on a risk free trial that I had ordered. The offer said it was risk free, yet even after i cancelled I was charged!! SCAM if you ask me!!

GBHorrible customer service(( Do not deal with them! I subscribed to KERATINIQUE about 6 months ago. I received the product and haven't seen a big difference for my hair so I unsubscribed by calling to their customer service. But though I canceled my subscription they continue to sent me their products and charged my card!!! Last customer support I was trying to explain the situation just hang up! Never connect with this company! Have to change my card.... Horrible experience!

AUNot worth losing more hair... Using the full system for 3mths resulted in MORE hair loss and definitely no improvement in my hair. I ended up with about 20-25% less hair than when I started :( Pros: Tingly, cool feeling that's pleasant on the scalp. Fast shipping. OK customer service (once you get through...). Cons: Expensive, difficult to obtain in Australia (not available in stores here - online only), auto-subscription was in tiny print (so that was an unpleasant surprise).
