GBCustomer's don't matter The product is good, BUT I will NEVER order directly from the company again. I usually get it from a cosmetic store but they were out so I figured I would just order from the company - thinking the shipping times would be relatively the same. How wrong I was. The shipping took 10 days and when I did get it, the order had all kinds a stuff in the box except the regrowth spray. I called and they apologized and said they would send it out. I also went to the cosmetic stores website and it said shipping in 3 days. I have since received my product from the cosmetic store, and 20 days later, the shipment from keranique is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Bad business all the way around.

GBHORRIBLE Company HORRIBLE Company! I gave these products a fair shot and tried to cancel. Non-English speaking customer service person offered a 50% discount to keep trying the product. Besides not actually doing what they promise, they charge you multiple times, claiming you owe for the first half, then the second half, then again over and over!! I cancelled my auto pay in hopes they'd discontinue shipping and charging me only to be told that, no, I still owed for the second half of an order from October. My records say they charged me on November 29, then I got yet another bill in the mail. I ONLY paid the mailed invoice in an attempt to keep this shady company from ruining my credit over $57 dollars even though I'd already paid it. These are expensive products that do not work, they only make what hair you DO have greasy. Buyer beware!!!

GBSCAMMMMM!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMMM!!!! never again. They will trick you to sign up and when you cancel before the 30 days. Charges will continue to come. Like that stupid Daily Essentials vitamin, I canceled it 3 days before the deadline and they said you only canceled the automatic shipment. So, we have the right to cont. charging you $59.95 every month even though there's no products in the mail. YOU CAN KEEP THE $200 you scammed me and hope your company burns down into ashes. I so believe in KARMA! I refuse supporting companies that provides false advertisements to consumers like myself. To top it off i payed $17 to mail the products back and they also deducted $10 for the shipping.

GBHorrible customer service(( Do not deal with them! I subscribed to KERATINIQUE about 6 months ago. I received the product and haven't seen a big difference for my hair so I unsubscribed by calling to their customer service. But though I canceled my subscription they continue to sent me their products and charged my card!!! Last customer support I was trying to explain the situation just hang up! Never connect with this company! Have to change my card.... Horrible experience!

GBWatch out Watch out, Scam Alert! Keranique is not ethical or honest. Keranique is burdened by a cumbersome web site and associates who have little or no training, with a serious lack of processing a simple telephone conversation. The product is great, but the billing system is designed to confuse and scam customers. It has taken me 4 months to unravel the mess created by one inept telephone operator at Keranique. It is still not resolved. Go to Target, CVS, or Amazon if you want ethical business practices. the billing system
