Absolutely do NOT recommend… I’ve had good luck with this company in the past (I love their ponytail extensions), but I placed an order at the beginning of February and never received it, even though they immediately charged my credit card. I reached out via email a few times and received replies at first, telling me they were having issues and would ship them out soon, but I haven’t even received replies to the past couple emails I’ve sent them. I finally submitted a claim to my credit card company and they refunded my money. I don’t know if they’ve gone out of business or what, but this was a very disappointing experience.

I placed an order that was never fulfilled even after multiple emails to customer service over almost 60 days. Your order confirmation says expect delivery in 5-9 business days, but I never received the items or reasons for delay. I finally asked them to cancel and refund. I have not received an email back regarding my request. I attempted to call the company using the 1-877 number listed. The message says the number is “temporarily out of service.”

No Seller Order Updates- Never Shipped I placed an order on 11/27/22, I never received any tracking information which on the website says 2-3 days. In December 13 I reached out to them because I still didn't have tracking info. They respond on the 15th to say 1 item out of 6 is out of stock. I asked why they did not ship the rest of my order and still no response after 6 days. Requested to cancel the order. Going through Paypal to get my refund. Horrible Company To Do Business With!

Ordered two Ruby hair extensions on… Ordered two Ruby hair extensions on October 5 never received any email updates and my emails are going on replied. Thank goodness I ordered with a credit card at least I know I’ll get my money back. This is exactly why you never use debit card or PayPal. With a credit card I know I’ll get my money back.

I have just received my platinum blonde… I have just received my platinum blonde ponytail, lovely colour and feels nice but does not stay in at all. I've tried high ponytails etc and wrapped the wire around and around tight which I should mention is very long,it sticks out. It literally was pulling my own hair it's that heavy. Disappointed
