Prettyparty #1 best ponytail to order :) I absolutely "love" my new Ruby. ( I got the smooth, long layered) so natural looking and very soft. Can't wait to show it off! I had a few exchanges on the colors but the chat customer service reps were very helpful, patient, and caring on trying to get me the correct/closes color to my hair. Would definitely recommend ordering from Prettyparty . I might even decide to get a different style (since I know the exact color to order now:) Thank You Prettyparty

No Seller Order Updates- Never Shipped I placed an order on 11/27/22, I never received any tracking information which on the website says 2-3 days. In December 13 I reached out to them because I still didn't have tracking info. They respond on the 15th to say 1 item out of 6 is out of stock. I asked why they did not ship the rest of my order and still no response after 6 days. Requested to cancel the order. Going through Paypal to get my refund. Horrible Company To Do Business With!

Absolutely do NOT recommend… I’ve had good luck with this company in the past (I love their ponytail extensions), but I placed an order at the beginning of February and never received it, even though they immediately charged my credit card. I reached out via email a few times and received replies at first, telling me they were having issues and would ship them out soon, but I haven’t even received replies to the past couple emails I’ve sent them. I finally submitted a claim to my credit card company and they refunded my money. I don’t know if they’ve gone out of business or what, but this was a very disappointing experience.

I placed an order with prettyparty on… I placed an order with prettyparty on Feb 10th..website stated week send follow up email in 3 to 5 business days in shipment.. well.. those 3 to 5 business days have done passed.. as of today 2/20/23.. still nothing. I have emailed them 3 separate times.. no response tried phoning, no one ever answers, just left them a message through messanger.. scam scam scam..I also filed a complaint with the better business bureau..I hope everyone out there reads this before buying!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I did order a great one from AMAZON..

Ordered two Ruby hair extensions on… Ordered two Ruby hair extensions on October 5 never received any email updates and my emails are going on replied. Thank goodness I ordered with a credit card at least I know I’ll get my money back. This is exactly why you never use debit card or PayPal. With a credit card I know I’ll get my money back.
