GBBetter quality than Fishers Finery, better pricing than LILYSILK As the tile says, better quality than Fishers Finery, better pricing than LILYSILK. I have purchased a pillowcase and a pair of PJs. Excellent customer service, deliveries have been timely. Drawbacks: lack of more choices of color for PJs and there are only a few blouses offered for clothing.

GBI purchased silk sheets sets on… I purchased silk sheets sets on December 3rd 2022 as a Christmas gift for my daughter and I have not received it as yet and today is December 19th. There is no customer support phone number only an email address. That is not acceptable. I will not buy from this company again.

GBCustomer service rude and told me my concerns don't matter Edit: Customer service contacted me after seeing my review and very kindly offered me a refund of my postage costs as well as an apology. I'm still waiting to receive my order but hoping it will be lovely once it arrives! Although my product ordered (silk pillowcase with hidden zipper) hasn't yet organised, I wasn't impressed with the customer service at Mommesilk. Nowhere on the site did it state products were shipped from China. Under FAQs it says the products are made in China, but I, perhaps naively, assumed that was it was a UK website the products would be in stock in the UK and shipped from the UK. When I found out that products are shipped from China I wasn't very pleased as I'm trying to reduce my carbon footprint, and wouldn't have ordered had I known this. I mentioned this in an email to customer service and said that perhaps they should include this information on the site. The response I received was this, which I felt was rather rude: "Thanks for your reply. That doesn't matter. Products shipped from CN was stated on our website. We have many returned customered from UK. But anyway, thanks for your inquiry." As the customer, it actually DOES matter to me, and I don't appreciate being talked down to and my concerns minimised. As a result, I sadly don't think I'll be ordering from here again or recommending the company to friends and family.
