Do not buy customer service is bad like the product I bought a £43 single pillow and after 2-3 weeks the quality just gave up. I followed the correct washing guidelines and this company refused to do anything about it. Highly dissatisfied

Looks like Satin not Silk?! I received my 'Silk' sleep cap via Amazon and I am very suspicious as the fabric looks and feels like satin. Silk doesn't leave tough creases plus silk is soft to touch with no sound when you rub your hands against it. This is the second time I've ordered this and I was sceptical then but I'm more concerned now as I paid £19.99 for something that resembles satin. Not happy. No care label in the product, no material composition only one small label with the name Mommesilk. Just read a review from someone here and they confirmed their supposed silk item was polyester from China 😞

I purchased silk sheets sets on… I purchased silk sheets sets on December 3rd 2022 as a Christmas gift for my daughter and I have not received it as yet and today is December 19th. There is no customer support phone number only an email address. That is not acceptable. I will not buy from this company again.

I can confirm they are indeed of beautiful quality. My 1st time ever using silk pillowcases and honestly I'll never be able to go back to cotton again. I have tested a strand with fire 🔥 and the burn was just like human hair being singed and turns to Ash. You can also tell its real silk by looking at the pillowcases in different lights and the beautiful soft feeling of the silk. They don't slip either. I have 100% down pillows and they fit the pillowcases perfectly. I absolutely love love love them ❤️🙌😊 They are made very well indeed. I bought the zippered ones and find no fault whatsoever. I will defo be getting more in different colours for myself and more for my other daughter and nieces for Christmas. They are exceptional value for money compared to other companies prices for the exact same product. I really can't rave about them enough. If you are hesitant then don't be as they truly are perfect. I did a lot of research into silk pillowcases before buying from mommesilk and I'm delighted I found them and went ahead with my orders. Great! Ordered silk pillowcases and a silk turban in the sale and got a free silk scrunchie. Very happy with the quality, real silk and packaged really well. Was also very happy with customer service, they were really quick and helpful as had an issue with the courier. Would buy from them again.
