Very bad service I'm extremely disappointed with their service. I never received my shipping and therefore tried reaching out to customer service multiple times without receiving a reply. Can't recommend buying there.

Where Have You Been All My Life? When I was in China 10 years ago I regretted not having purchased a silk comforter. I have been searching for one of similar quality ever since. On Saturday I ran across Mommesilk. By Sunday I had ordered a summer comforter. By Wednesday it was in my hands. The packaging was such as I have never seen, exquisitely packaged. I aired it out for two days and last night slept with it. It was like sleeping among the clouds. I tend to run hot at night, but Mommesilk's comforter managed to keep me at a comfortable sleeping temperature. If you are debating whether to purchase one of their products. DO NOT HESITATE! (And I almost NEVER write reviews.)

Looks like Satin not Silk?! I received my 'Silk' sleep cap via Amazon and I am very suspicious as the fabric looks and feels like satin. Silk doesn't leave tough creases plus silk is soft to touch with no sound when you rub your hands against it. This is the second time I've ordered this and I was sceptical then but I'm more concerned now as I paid £19.99 for something that resembles satin. Not happy. No care label in the product, no material composition only one small label with the name Mommesilk. Just read a review from someone here and they confirmed their supposed silk item was polyester from China 😞

AVOID AT ALL COST AVOID AT ALL COST! I was searching for 100% silk sleeping bonnet came across site and placed order. Sadly I didn’t not read reviews on this company or items BEFORE PLACING ORDER! this company has many negative reviews on Amazon and on several other platforms For starting a their silk items are advertised as 100% mulberry silk. This is not true it is a silk blend mixed with a nylon polyester Mattel. That is not what genuine 100 mulberry silk is. Real silk when you hold a thread to a flame turns to ash and will not hold a flame. This holds a flame and material will curl and ball up. The tried and true test of real silk for artificial silk. So most importantly this is false advertising Second this company is a china based company. All fake silk products are made and shipped direct from china to you. I did not know this nor care for this because it leads me to my second point THERE IS NO CUATOMER SERVICE. I have emailed and sent chat messages over 10 in total with no reply to anything. After reading all negative reviews on actual product being a lie to no customer care. I immediately asked for my order to be canceled and refunded What did they do NO REPLY TO ANY MESSAGES AND SHIPPED THE ORDER. The order of fake silk bonnets. Lol this is why I don’t like buying items fro China. They are almost always falsely advertised lying to customer with no customer care I will be taking up with my social media platforms, all review sites, my payment source and possible to report them to dept of online merchantile affairs which handles laws pertaining to selling online PLEASE AVOID THIS COMONAY
