Terrible experience Terrible experience. Ordered a package in November to americanlogodesigners.com. Contacted by them later. I've been promised to get it before Christmas as it was a present. As of Feb 1 project hasn't been completed yet. Promised 24/7 customer service. nobody reply. when they did it was only to try selling some other BS. Contacted customer service many times. Vague and evasive. They reply only when heated messages are sent but then.... nothing happen. Requested to get my money back no answer received yet!

These guys keep calling you incessantly… These guys keep calling you incessantly trying to sell you their services. I finally had to block one of their people as they would not take no for an answer. I believe that they also scammed me out of $250.00 to copyright my logo for life and now not even a month later they are calling me again saying that the copyright on my logo (which they did not create) is expiring and that Google will blacklist me. I have not had a good experience with them and warn you not to do business with these guys.
