CAShockingly unprofessional I have nothing good to say about Green Lake Designers. They have taken over from Logo Jeeves and when I received a phone call yesterday about copyright of my logo, the information, communication and client care was completely non-existent. When billing me for a service (that I had mistakenly understood was already paid for), the fee was requested in an email. No invoice. I requested an invoice (which seemed to be an inconvenience) it arrived in a rushed manner without any clear indication of what I was paying for. I had to send it back and request basic, clear documentation (like indicating name and logo graphics on the receipt) that any reputable logo designer/copyright establishment would provide without needing to be prompted by the customer. This has been followed up with repeated phone calls and pressure tactics. They are clearly in a rush without any professional details, courtesy provided to the customer. Beware.

GBGreenlake Designers 0 ouf of 5 I have givien this company lot's of money and chances to turn themselves and the services they offer and deliver around, 2 years and $x,xxx dollars, they are the worst ever, never delivered on what I bought, can not get customer service, emails / calls / chats not answered, no SLA's, no care for customer satisfaction at all, our website down for days and days, no care.... email been down 2 weeks no care. They will see I posted this and try to fix things, just to all the same to happen again and again, stay away from this Company and their sister American Logo Designers, there's a third company also, all the very worst (sorry for my bad English), just very upset I let them take me over and over again, my bad for hanging in there, they will not change. There's a reason they are not in the BBB. Only giving a 1 because 0 is not a option, they don't deserve any rating. Update as of August 11, the Company contacted me twice, after I explained that everything in this post was honest and true, they asked what they could do and I stated honor your refund policy and the refund request I sent following the posted refund policy, the person on the other end from American Logo Designers then hung up on me, the 2nd call I stated please honor the refund request I sent, and they also hung up on me. This is a very bad company to do business with. They could have honored "their" refund policy and I would have updated it here, however no positive actions from American Logo Designers, thank you for reading this. Update September 8, 2023: no contact from either of these to companies, no refund, nothing as how these companies do their business, they scam and leave you.

GBPoor customer service, money back guarantee not honored I am currently a customer of Green Lake Designers and I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and quality. The communication between our designer has been incredibly slow and the progress of our website development has also been slow. The money back guarantee was not honored when we requested a refund. New fees are presented constantly that were never discussed upfront. As a new business the slow development of our website is now affecting our ability to make revenue. This has been the worst decision we’ve ever made as a business.

GBThese guys keep calling you incessantly… These guys keep calling you incessantly trying to sell you their services. I finally had to block one of their people as they would not take no for an answer. I believe that they also scammed me out of $250.00 to copyright my logo for life and now not even a month later they are calling me again saying that the copyright on my logo (which they did not create) is expiring and that Google will blacklist me. I have not had a good experience with them and warn you not to do business with these guys.

GBBe careful they are thieves Be careful, those people are thieves. One of them Oliver Smoot is a manipulator. I need FBI to investigate and help me get my money back. FBI, FBI, FBI please help. Lost more than $3000, just for a logo and a website that I never get.
