GBThese guys keep calling you incessantly… These guys keep calling you incessantly trying to sell you their services. I finally had to block one of their people as they would not take no for an answer. I believe that they also scammed me out of $250.00 to copyright my logo for life and now not even a month later they are calling me again saying that the copyright on my logo (which they did not create) is expiring and that Google will blacklist me. I have not had a good experience with them and warn you not to do business with these guys.

CAGreenlake designers Greenlake designers, American Logo designers, logo jeeves ... All the same company and it is a gigantic scam. I have lost over 5k because of their con game. They initially deliver a logo, not without pain and having to repeat the instructions over and over. Then they conned my by having me dish out more money to do an e-commerce site for which I have never seen its completion. They are good at talking you into paying but do not deliver. Be warned this is a scam and they need to be reported to the authorities. If you read this and have recently made a payment call you bank to cancel it. Otherwise you will be scammed. Their goal is to gain your trust by doing a little bit of work then have you spend more and then it is too late you can't get your money back if your last payment date beyond a certain date.

CAShockingly unprofessional I have nothing good to say about Green Lake Designers. They have taken over from Logo Jeeves and when I received a phone call yesterday about copyright of my logo, the information, communication and client care was completely non-existent. When billing me for a service (that I had mistakenly understood was already paid for), the fee was requested in an email. No invoice. I requested an invoice (which seemed to be an inconvenience) it arrived in a rushed manner without any clear indication of what I was paying for. I had to send it back and request basic, clear documentation (like indicating name and logo graphics on the receipt) that any reputable logo designer/copyright establishment would provide without needing to be prompted by the customer. This has been followed up with repeated phone calls and pressure tactics. They are clearly in a rush without any professional details, courtesy provided to the customer. Beware.

GBLooking to resolve I started working with this company in October 2020; opening a new business so I could have a Plan B because of Covid. Alan and the team did a great job in designing my logo; I will give them that. When that was done I signed on to have a website done but within 24 hours some things shifted in my world due to a family emergency and I reached out to cancel. Unfortunately, I had paid up front for this web design. Here I am 10 months later, trying to get a refund when I said I would pay the "penalty". I can't get a phone call returned or an email answered. I just want to resolve this issue. Responding to your reply…8.30.21 I would not enter into another project with your firm under no circumstances. My next call, State of California. It is not right that a company takes money, doesn’t provide a product and still insists they are in the right. The buyer beware flag keeps going up.

GBPoor customer service, money back guarantee not honored I am currently a customer of Green Lake Designers and I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and quality. The communication between our designer has been incredibly slow and the progress of our website development has also been slow. The money back guarantee was not honored when we requested a refund. New fees are presented constantly that were never discussed upfront. As a new business the slow development of our website is now affecting our ability to make revenue. This has been the worst decision we’ve ever made as a business.
