GBAll the 1 star reviews are all you… All the one star reviews are all you need to read. Wish I came across this before I ordered. Service was beyond atrocious. Then after deciding to cancel because of non-responsiveness was told I couldn't because products were already ordered from mfg. Seemed like a very canned response because they likely encounter cancelations often.

GBOrdered 12 hats Ordered 12 hats, which was minimum purchase. Had a hard time finding my boyfriends favorite hats, in his size, so I just wanted the hats, no logo or anything. They said they couldn’t do it. I literally was paying their normal price and all they had to do was box and ship. Ultimately had to cancel the order. Very weird experience.

CASTAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! I should have followed my gut after reading so many bad reviews on this Merchology. However, I was lured and enticed by their custom Under Armour gear. It ended up costing me dearly. I ordered 1 MONTH in advanced before my grand opening. I decided to follow up 3 days prior to my opening and they told me that my product was not even in production yet! Their reason... a miscommunication between two departments! I inquired as to why I was not provided with any communication up to the date. No updates and no notifications of a delayed delivery. Nothing. Their response... I'm sorry. So on grand opening day, wearing plain t-shirts was what dealing with this company cost me. Their pricing is also extremely high. Save some money and support a business that knows how to communicate amongst each other but more importantly to it's customers!

AUWhat a disaster of a business model and service What a disaster of a business model, each representative has a 10-second memory and it seems you need to reintroduce yourself with every new email. They have limited to no stock and took 2,5 weeks to simply get a sales person in touch for a repeat order. TOTAL. NIGHTMARE.

CAWe ordered embroidered jackets for our… We ordered embroidered jackets for our employees and after months of waiting they showed up improperly embroidered. We were provided an opportunity to try again and decide on a lower cost order. We ordered skullcaps and toques, had to argue about exorbitant additional charges for stitches, waited for 2 months this time. We eventually received a drop shipped box, no Merchology branding, barely held together with tape. The order was squished into a tiny box, flattening the pom poms on the toques and 75% of the order was misaligned i.e. not centered, too high etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ OR TIME
