They said they couldn’t do it. I literally was paying their normal price and all they had to do was box and ship. Ultimately had to cancel the order. Very weird experience.

They have limited to no stock and took 2,5 weeks to simply get a sales person in touch for a repeat order. TOTAL. NIGHTMARE.

Completed an order with them on behalf of my Physician Assistant class that went anything but smooth between poor communication, shady price changes, and poor quality items. Our "Patagonia" 1/4 zips were the cheapest fleece material I've seen with the logo slapped on, and they didn't even have pockets.
