GBIt's been stressful dealing with getting my order The actual medication has had a positive impact on my health last couple months. However the app, the customer service and getting the correct amount in my subscription has been a mess. Specifically I still have not received my next bottle subscription. And I was recently charged for another bottle so now I am out of pills and will be getting excessive amounts (2 bottles instead of 1). I have tried sending many messages to figure out why this is happening. The last message none of my questions were answered and I am still confused why I can't get the correct amount for the right timeframe and price. Please help me.

GBThe doctors are great The doctors are great! They get back with your questions very quickly! I love the privacy of it. I can answer questions honestly unlike at my family doctor, I feel uncomfortable for some reason.

GBMy hair is falling out more My hair is falling out more. This is a common side effect but it’s very stressful. I’m trying to stay encouraged and keep taking the medications it will be one month in two days.
