GBThe product is drying out my hair. The product is drying out my hair. I asked to switch to pill form and was told it would interfere with a drug I am taking. In addition, I asked if the unused portion could be returned and was told they do not accept returns.

GBNo weightloss treatment check ins I have regular treatment check ins for mental health and am appreciative and greatful. I haven't had one treatment check in with the weight loss program, even after being on the program over a month. I reached out and contacted with my concern and the only response I got was to check my spam mail, which had no emails from hers weight loss check ins.

GBThe lack of support and general care… The lack of support and general care that is offered is minimal. I have reached out multiple times… I have reached out. Not one time has anyone reached out to me to check in, to see how I was doing, to see how the medication was working for me. When I reported the medication wasn’t working for me, I had to ask multiple times before I finally received a response. Apparently the medications offered interact with my sleeping medication but wasn’t offered a suggestion for an alternative sleeping medication, just to refer back to my doctor. My doctor refers me to a nutrition class rather than weight loss medication, so I’m in a loop. And during this time my subscription renews and I’m stuck with more medication that isn’t working for me and again NO SUPPORT

GBNeutral at this point Neutral at this point. No noticable improvement and product is a bit sticky in the morning. Don't like to wash my hair every day, but it builds up quickly if not washed.

GBI'm happier I really like the convenience of the Hers app. I'm able to have a conversation about my mental health, recommendations and follow ups. I feel like my life has improved since trying Hers.
