GBThe lack of support and general care… The lack of support and general care that is offered is minimal. I have reached out multiple times… I have reached out. Not one time has anyone reached out to me to check in, to see how I was doing, to see how the medication was working for me. When I reported the medication wasn’t working for me, I had to ask multiple times before I finally received a response. Apparently the medications offered interact with my sleeping medication but wasn’t offered a suggestion for an alternative sleeping medication, just to refer back to my doctor. My doctor refers me to a nutrition class rather than weight loss medication, so I’m in a loop. And during this time my subscription renews and I’m stuck with more medication that isn’t working for me and again NO SUPPORT

GBNice and Simple I like how simple it is and having the pills come in the mail rather than having to go to a pharmacy is a big bonus.

GBEasy to get my meds It has been extremely easy to get my depression medication that I would otherwise do without. I like that they trust me to tell them how I am feeling with and without medication.
