Quality. Having ordered a number of things over the past three years from Men's Direct, I can honestly say that I've never had a single issue and I've always been a satisfied customer. Their products truly are quality and with every order you're given three free samples that you will actually use to see if another brand might suit you or not. You never pay for shipping (which is a huge incentive) regardless of cost or how much you purchase. My orders arrive when they are supposed to in the condition they were described to be in. I highly reccomend Men's Direct and will continue to purchase from them again.

Terrible service! I ordered two items that were supposed to be in stock. Turns out that I did not receive a confirmation with the tracking number but until I called them. Customer service representative said they didn't provide one because they didn't have one item in stock. So, in a few words... terrible service! I won't shop from this people again.

Good selection of products, but... I ordered 5 or 6 items, and when I placed the order the website indicated that they were all in stock. A day or two later I received an email that 2 items were on backorder, and that the complete order would not ship until all the items were in stock. Normally, that would have been fine, but I was traveling out of the country, and needed delivery when it was originally promised. It was doubly frustrating when I sent an email with no response received. Overall, it felt a bit like a bait and switch as had I known up front that some items were on backorder I would have gone to another site to be sure I received delivery when I needed it.

Can't beat free shipping, especially when it's as quick as their's. I had a fairly cheap order ($35) and was not charged for shipping and handling. The website said I could expect the order to be delivered in 5-10 business days and I assumed it would be closer to the 10 side because of lack of shipping fees. My order was delivered less than 72 hours later (ordered Monday evening, delivered Thursday morning). I was pleasantly and glad I chose to order through Men's Direct.
