Always prompt, always right I've been ordering from Men's Direct for years, and have nothing but good things to say about them... A couple times I've order items that came with a free gift of shampoo, and they've even switched free products to accommodate my hairless head.

Good Price, Quality Issues I received two shaving brushes Edwin Jagger tortoise Best Badger and Parker Silvertip in Chrome. The packaging of the EJ was somewhat damaged (as tho had been returned once or twice) and I was disappointed to discover that the Parker had a dent in the mirror on the bottom of the brush. That being said, I did get a good deal and free shipping. But will think twice before ordering since I don't much care for damaged products.

A good range of products with quick delivery turnaround. Men's Direct has a nice range of products with an east to use website. Shipping is quick and you receive email updates as to package shipment. The three free samples never hit my last two orders, but it does not alter my opinion of the fine services provided by them.

Excellent selection, free shipping and free samples. I was skeptical about ordering at first because I'd never heard of Men's Direct before, but they turned out to be a great find. My order only contained one of the supposed three free samples but I can't really complain with the free shipping. They carry a lot of products that most places charge $6+ shipping for so it's a great deal. No need to worry about a minimum order amount if you just need one thing. I'll definitely be a return customer.

Sounds of silence? Nice products, but are they still in business? Despite numerous emails and a letter to the owners, a promised bonus product has never been delivered, nor a possible breach of their credit card safeguards addressed. Very disappointed in their lack of response.
