Not satisfied with the product I purchased a chrome razor/brush stand. When it arrived, the holder for the razor was angled down so that the razor would immediately fall out after being placed in the holder. I attempted to bend it to angle it up to hold the razor in, which was admittedly a mistake, and broke the holder off.

Quality. Having ordered a number of things over the past three years from Men's Direct, I can honestly say that I've never had a single issue and I've always been a satisfied customer. Their products truly are quality and with every order you're given three free samples that you will actually use to see if another brand might suit you or not. You never pay for shipping (which is a huge incentive) regardless of cost or how much you purchase. My orders arrive when they are supposed to in the condition they were described to be in. I highly reccomend Men's Direct and will continue to purchase from them again.

Sounds of silence? Nice products, but are they still in business? Despite numerous emails and a letter to the owners, a promised bonus product has never been delivered, nor a possible breach of their credit card safeguards addressed. Very disappointed in their lack of response.

Amazingly fast shipping Every time I order from Men's Direct, I'm amazed at how fast my order arrives. It's usually less than a week, and that is for the standard free shipping. Some of the bigger named internet retailers could learn a little something about fast, free shipping from Men's Direct... That's no BS.

poor delivery I ordered on July 20th, I got shipping notice that the items were shiped on july 21 via DHL. The tracking number was not valid. When I called customer support on July 28, I was told that item had shipped via FedEx Smartpost. He tracked it and said it was out for delivery. Still don't have it. I will not offset from them again.
