Best Shipping Ever I always order my Headblade supplies from Men's Direct because of the free shipping. This time the shipping was extremely quick and the items were discounted because of the Labor Day sale. I only gave them 4 stars because recently they seem to be "out of stock" on the Head Slick shave cream each time I check. Good quality items, always.

Good selection of products, but... I ordered 5 or 6 items, and when I placed the order the website indicated that they were all in stock. A day or two later I received an email that 2 items were on backorder, and that the complete order would not ship until all the items were in stock. Normally, that would have been fine, but I was traveling out of the country, and needed delivery when it was originally promised. It was doubly frustrating when I sent an email with no response received. Overall, it felt a bit like a bait and switch as had I known up front that some items were on backorder I would have gone to another site to be sure I received delivery when I needed it.

Great products, great variety, cheap prices, free shipping, no hassles! I have been using Mens Direct for my grooming needs for over 2 years and absolutely love doing business with them. Consistently good perks including free shipping, free samples, cheap prices and regular sales. A few of the products I like to order are often out of stock but the majority of the time there are tons of choices and variety. Customer service and support is very good as well!

Excellent selection, free shipping and free samples. I was skeptical about ordering at first because I'd never heard of Men's Direct before, but they turned out to be a great find. My order only contained one of the supposed three free samples but I can't really complain with the free shipping. They carry a lot of products that most places charge $6+ shipping for so it's a great deal. No need to worry about a minimum order amount if you just need one thing. I'll definitely be a return customer.

Sounds of silence? Nice products, but are they still in business? Despite numerous emails and a letter to the owners, a promised bonus product has never been delivered, nor a possible breach of their credit card safeguards addressed. Very disappointed in their lack of response.
