Inexpensive Quality Book Printing I have printed 4 books so far (in various quantities). I write them for family and friends so I don't have any experience selling them through their bookstore. All of the books have been very satisfactory. The printing is clear, the formatting is perfect, the binding is sturdy, the paper quality is much better than I expected. We've now had three books published by… We've now had three books published by The Book Patch, and we are beyond satisfied. The website is easy to use and pretty much fool proof. We had unloaded one pdf file that didn't perform, and Krystille (Ninja Agent) spent a lot of time with us seeking resolution. Between us, we got the file into printing shape, and the issue (which had been on our end, not theirs) was resolved. They're responsive, cheerful, knowledgeable, articulate, and eager to go the extra mile for the right result. And they're also economical! Amazing prices Amazing prices, no minimum, so easy to use,everything was perfect. customer service was responsive and helpful. Compared to other places that I looked into for printing a pdf translation of a foreign only book, It would have costed more than double, or I would have had to print 10-100 books. The customization process was so simple too and well done. pretty fast print time.

Worst customer service experience First time printing with them based on great reviews. Yes setting up the book is easy, downhill from there. Took forever to get the books. High quality paper but poor quality format on the cover/spine. In January they promised to fix it and get back to me. Still waiting. No one answers the phone or responds to email. Find another source.
