Can’t change account settings The product and service is very good. However, I tried several times to change things on the account and the site would not let me. Other than that the kit comes with everything needed.

Pathetic and unethical Scroll down and you'll see a 5 star review (unless they've taken it down in response to this review) by a "customer" named Rabih Zaouk. He's actually a Vice President at the company that makes this product. That tells you all you need to know about their ethics. Avoid.

Colorists that take the time to get it right. I’ve been using Colorsmith now since August of 2020 and I can say hand’s down this is the best color system I’ve ever used. It’s much more natural than salon results and the team works with you to get it right until your 100% satisfied. Not to mention I’ve saved hundreds of dollars avoiding frustrating salon experiences. Colorsmith is the best if you want a natural customized color that fits your specific needs!

From Salons to a better result with DIY Colorsmith I used to get my hair coloured in a salon. My Uncles all went grey in their early 30s. The salon experience was nice but costly and they often coloured my hair way too dark. So it looked coloured which defeats the purpose. Then I found Colorsmith. And I'm glad I did. Not only is it a more cost-effective option, the colour is great. I've had two to three different colour formulations, to get the blend just right. And now, I'm over the moon and am looking younger, which is sadly quite important in the ageist world we live in. I also get Colorsmith's shampoo and conditioner. I used Head and Shoulders for over a decade as I had a dandruff problem. But I've had no dandruff since using Colorsmith's hair care products. Needless to say, I'm a very happy convert. I'm also surprised at the low average rating here. It feels like people need to take personal responsibility for A) the colour mix they choose and B) how they apply it. Give your colourist really helpful info and photos and follow the instructions. It couldn't be easier. Oh and the customer service is excellent.
