GBDisappointed To be fair, I was really happy with the trial product they sent to me and was happy to sign up for future deliveries. But..... They've taken payment but so far no dye. The website tells me my order has been in production since the beginning of January, but still nothing. I've emailed customer services three times with no reply. It's a shame! I was impressed with the colour I received from the trial pack but now I've cancelled any recurring payments.

GBPathetic and unethical Scroll down and you'll see a 5 star review (unless they've taken it down in response to this review) by a "customer" named Rabih Zaouk. He's actually a Vice President at the company that makes this product. That tells you all you need to know about their ethics. Avoid.

GBPusher or specilidt beard dye colorSmith The result is what matters... Terrible. I specifically told my "colorist" hard to cover with red highlights. "ash may be best," cs responded. I will not give them a second chance. Prior I used Simpler but it faded on here quick.

GBQuality products but not lasting Just does not seem to last for more than a week at best. Not sure if there is an adjustment I would need to make with formula but not moving forward because of this.

GBThey will not allow your to cancel… They will not allow your to cancel . I have cancelled twice and they keep charging me extortionate prices for badly made hair colour. They don’t have a working phone number and no one responds to emails or messages. The positive reviews here are written by paid marketing resources since the language seems unlike a real customer, the same review is promoting the companies other products. I’m going to contact my credit card company to chargeback. This is a fraud and they aught to be fined. I will also be writing to the trading standards.
