I love novex hair care products I love novex hair care products but in my last purchase I received an unsealed coconut mask and it was open and all the product was scattered in the packaging bag. I sent an email explaining with photos of how the product arrived but I have not received a answer.

10+ years Novex lover💘😝 I've loved Novex products for over 10 years now and I can honestly say they've been almost always great, I say almost because I guess there's specific things for every hair type and some weren't for mine, which is okay. Now, being able to buy directly from the source is a first time for me (which is crazy after 10+ years), but I am so happy I got to do it; the buying process was great, loved the little free samples! And the shipping was fast and reliable. I think I'll always be a Novex fan and a devoted spokeperson (to literally anyone I meet and wants to talk hair) specifically for Blindagem ThermoProtector, I just swear by it, it's superb for me.

Missing items in my package I never receieved 2 bottles in my package. I emailed 2 times then called. They said they would get back to me. They email me back saying they would ship it to me. That was over 2 weeks ago, no tracking number, no response, no bottles. Horrible service
