I started to use the capillary schedule…LOVE! I started to use the capillary schedule for over 6 months now and my hair has gotten stronger, thicker and longer. Love My Curls hair mask and Super Hair Food Shampoo Yes just recently purchased a few items from you guys and while I wasnt crazy about all of my choices I did love the my curls hair mask, and the superhairfood passion fruit and blueberry shampoo!! I also got the collagen hair mask, the Brazilian hair mask, and 1 other cant remember the name. Of course not all were purchased for me I got these for me and my daughter and the my curls and the super hair food shampoo are my absolute favorite kinda wish i would've only purchased those 2 now cause now I have quite a few bottles of all of the other kinds I'm not too crazy about and none of the shampoos! But I guess you live and you learn through trial and error! Also just because I did not like those products does not mean that some of you will not like them! Just because it wasnt a fit for me and my daughter doesnt mean it couldnt be a fit for you or your daughter! Thanks Novex for your great wide selection of options for hair products!!

Missing items in my package I never receieved 2 bottles in my package. I emailed 2 times then called. They said they would get back to me. They email me back saying they would ship it to me. That was over 2 weeks ago, no tracking number, no response, no bottles. Horrible service

I really love novex products I really love novex products, specifically the Rena treatment, I been using it for the past 10 years. But this time I had to pay 50$ due to costoms, plus the shipping 20$ plus my actually order it starts to being expensive :(
