She agreed with the dealer that the parts would be paid for and I received a payment back from the dealer in due time. I was extremely happy with the whole process and it took a massive weight off my shoulders. Vicki was always in contact via email and phone to let me know any updates. GBI was shocked by the unprofessional… I was shocked by the unprofessional treatment afforded me by the dealer. I found it unsettling that they were aproved by the AA. I feel endangered that they know me an feel at risk of harm. The AA have intervened and although out of pocket and still at risk have helped me to obtain a degree of relief. I am optimistic that the AA will investigate and hopefully the dealer will not subject anyone else to this kind of abuse.
